Rig Features
Manufacture and Supply of Truck Mounted Top head drive hydraulically operated DTH Drill Rig capable of drilling 500 ft or equivalent to 150 mtrs.
Approximate Dimensions: L – 11.48 mtr x W – 2.4 mtrs x H – 3.8 mtrs.
Scope Supply includes:
- Sturdy Structural Channel Mast with 10 Ft Rod handling capacity fitted with Rotary Head Gear Box, Hydraulic Oil Cooler, Break out wrench, Water Injection Pump, Hydraulic Stabilizer jacks - 04 No’s.
- Air Compressor: ELGI make of capacity 650 CFM @ 200 PSI for carry out the DTH drilling operation.
- Carrier Truck: Ashok Leyland make and model 1613 Comet 4 x 2 including cabin building, Chassis strengthening, Extra leaf spring addition for mounting the drill rig and Air compressor with suitable PTO arrangement.
6 ” Digger Hammer Assembly.
6 ½” Digger Button Bit for 6” Digger Hammer.
8 ½” Digger Button Bit for 6” Digger Hammer.
Minimum Spares for 1 Year Maintenance As per Annexure.
